Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, The Mocha Creative does not offer exchanges or returns on any custom orders. “Custom” is defined as we personalized an item for you with a name, picture and/or other personal info; therefore, making the item unable to be resold. 

We do have a few items in our boutique collection store that are not personalized items.  Those specific items are eligible for replacement if we have an identical item, or like item that is acceptable by the customer as a replacement. If a replacement is not available, at management discretion, a refund may be rendered.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work diligently to correct any issues on our end, as well as process any necessary refunds due to error, replacement or store credit in the value of the item, which can be used at a later date.

To report any issues with an order and request a return/exchange, please contact us at orders@themochacreative.com within 24-48 hours after receiving package. We also ask that you include clear photos of the items for review. We may request for the items to be returned or discarded.  Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

We have digital files for some of our party favor, memorial, graduation packages. Once the file has been approved by the customer, ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL.
