Shipping policy

Processing times, also referred to as turnaround times, vary based on the specific item and the quantity ordered. The estimated processing time for each product is provided within its product description.

Please note that processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Additionally, processing time does not include shipping or delivery time, as transit durations may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Please see optional rates for shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance includes protection for any lost or damaged packages. Please be sure to notify our company within 48 hours of receiving the package with pictures at orders@themochacreative.com. Additional insurance purchase covers lost/damaged goods, HOWEVER, any packages that show as DELIVERED does NOT qualify for insurance and should be addressed directly with shipping carrier.

Please understand that once an order is shipped, we are no longer in control. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged packages- please be sure and purchase insurance to protect your package. Our flat rate option does not include insurance- however priority mail does include insurance.
