A Memorial Video is one that take an image of a family member who has passed on, and another person we can create a beautiful video including movement that lasts anywhere beween 20-30 seconds long.  This is a digital download and will be emailed to you upon completion. 

What we need from you:
1) Clear, quality photograph(s) - blurry, grainy photos, the outcome will not be sharp.
2) Full Body pictures are preferred, but at the very least waist up will work
3) Indicate if you'd like a song

Turn Around Time (TAT):
The turnaround time varies on how many people are going to be in the tribute video because our design team has to do their magic using the photos provided):

Also, we work during Monday - Friday business hours, so the TAT also takes that into consideration.
1) Up to (2) people in the video: 24 - 48 Hours 
2) Up To (3) people in the video: 48 - 72 Hours
3) Up to (5) people in the video: 96 Hours

PLEASE NOTE:
1) Blurry & Grainy will not produce a quality photo, if you're not okay with that, please do not proceed with your order.

2) We can do up to (2) people from each photo.  Meaning our example video, the two individuals were in the same photo, each additional person added is an extra charge, they must be in a separate photo by themselves for the best results.  (for example:  Photo 1 includes 2 individuals to be in the video, Photo 2 includes an individual to be included in the video - in this case, you'd choose 3 people for the quantity).

3) The more people in the video, the more intricate our design team has to be and may add on to the turnaround time.

4) Once your Memorial Tribute Video has been started, we cannot honor any refunds

5) We can do up to (1) Revision Request so it is very important to be very detailed in the information that you provide.
